Ilocos is one of the few places in the Philippines where colonial history is impeccably preserved. Our Heritage Tour takes you on a journey through centuries.
We start at the iconic Paoay Church. Built in 1710, its massive buttresses were designed to withstand earthquakes, making it a marvel of "Earthquake Baroque" architecture. Then, we head south to Vigan City (about 2 hours away). Here, cars are banned on Calle Crisologo, allowing you to walk freely among Spanish-era mansions, hearing the clip-clop of horse-drawn kalesas.
A Cultural Feast
The tour isn't just visual. We stop for authentic Ilocano empanadas at the plaza and visit a pottery workshop where you can try your hand at making a "burnay" jar.
