Transparency & Impact

We believe that every peso donated is a trust earned. Here is the breakdown of the crisis we are addressing and how your funds are utilized.

The Data: Why Apayao?

Our research, submitted to the office of President Marcos, highlights a critical gap in disaster preparedness. The municipalities of Luna, Pudtol, Santa Marcela, and Flora are in a geographical basin that faces recurrent, rapid inundation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers for donors and partners.

Who benefits from my donation?

High‑risk families in flood‑prone barangays across Apayao. We coordinate with local leaders (LGU) to prioritize households with children, elderly, or those who require daily river crossings to access schools or markets.

How are funds used?

100% of public donations go to the purchase of MARINA-certified life vests and the direct logistics (shipping) to get them to Apayao. We publish purchase orders and delivery receipts here on this transparency page.

Can businesses sponsor or match gifts?

Yes. We have a dedicated program for corporate sponsors which includes logo placement and CSR certification. Please contact us via the "Partners" section on the home page.

Are donations tax‑deductible?

We provide official acknowledgment receipts for all donations. Tax deductibility depends on your specific location and tax status. Please consult your accountant regarding donations to Philippine non-profit initiatives.
